Wellnce is not launched yet. This page explains what happens to your details when you join our waitlist at wellnce.com. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. We also record the date and time you signed up and, where available, the page or campaign that brought you here (for example a link from a social post), so we can see which channels work. If you choose to answer our optional question about which area of life (Money, Mind, Body or Goals) feels most out of balance, we store that answer with your email. We do not ask for anything else on this site.
We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Waitlist signups are stored in a Google Sheet on a Google account controlled by Wellnce, so Google acts as our service provider for storage. This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as your IP address to serve the page and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this page.
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we have finished contacting waitlist members about the launch, whichever comes first.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your email address, or to stop emailing you. Every email we send will include a way to opt out. You can also write to us directly at hello@wellnce.com and we will action your request promptly. Depending on where you live, applicable data protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies, may give you further rights.
Wellnce plans to offer optional features, such as connecting a bank account through Open Finance. None of that is live. If and when it launches, we will only access financial or wellbeing data with your explicit consent, and we will publish an updated privacy policy before we do so.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
